best air fry tray for lg oven

This replacement air fry tray for LG ovens has been on my testing wishlist, especially after a few mishaps with my original basket warping. When I finally got my hands on the LRAL302S/303S set, I was eager to see if it truly lives up to the durability and performance claims.

The first thing I noticed is the heavy-duty construction. Made from premium 304 stainless steel, it feels sturdy and well-built.

The mirror finish gives it a sleek look, and I love how it reduces food sticking during cooking. It’s clear this tray is designed to last, unlike cheaper options that rust or deform over time.

The size is perfect for my oven, fitting snugly without any wobbling. The raised feet are a nice touch, helping excess oil drain away for healthier meals.

I also appreciated the smooth edges—no sharp spots to worry about while handling.

Cooking with it was a breeze. The mesh design promotes even heat circulation, so my fries came out crispy on the outside and tender inside.

The tray heats uniformly, reducing cooking times and making the process more efficient. Plus, cleanup was simple—just a quick wash with soap and water.

Installation is straightforward, and it’s compatible with a wide range of LG oven models, which is great if you have other LG appliances. The handle on each end makes removal easy, even when wearing oven mitts.

Overall, this set feels like a solid upgrade from standard trays, offering durability and performance I trust.

I didn’t expect a simple tray set to surprise me, but the OPENICE oven air fryer basket and tray really did. As I placed it inside my LG oven, I noticed how spacious it was—measuring over 15 inches long—perfect for cooking for a crowd.

The mesh basket’s design instantly caught my attention. It promotes even air circulation without needing to flip food, which is a game changer.

I threw in some fries and vegetables, and they turned out crispy, evenly cooked, and without much oil. The fact that it needs less oil to achieve that crunch really impressed me, especially since I’ve been trying to eat healthier.

Cleaning is straightforward too. The non-stick surface means food rarely sticks, and the included parchment papers make cleanup even easier.

I just popped the basket and tray into the dishwasher afterward, and they came out spotless. Plus, the tray underneath catches drips, so my oven stayed clean—huge time saver.

What I really liked is how versatile this set is. Whether I’m roasting veggies, baking, or making crispy snacks, it handles it all.

The stainless steel construction feels sturdy and safe for regular use. Honestly, I’ve used other air fryer trays before, but this one feels particularly well-designed for bigger meals and busy days.

Overall, it’s a practical addition to any oven—especially LG ovens—helping you cook healthier, faster, and cleaner. And at just under $27, it’s a steal for what it offers.

Right out of the box, this LG air fry tray feels like a solid upgrade over generic pans that often wobble or warp. Its sleek, stainless steel finish gives a premium vibe, and I immediately noticed how sturdy it feels in hand.

The tray’s design really shines when you slide it into the oven. It fits snugly in compatible LG models, allowing hot air to flow freely around the food.

This circulation is key for that crispy, fried texture we all want without the mess of traditional frying.

Using it to make crispy fries and wings was a breeze. The perforated surface ensures even cooking and browning, and cleanup wasn’t a hassle—just a quick rinse or wipe.

It’s durable enough to handle high heat during those air fry cycles, which is a big plus for frequent use.

One thing I appreciated is how stable the tray stays in place during cooking. It’s designed specifically for LG ovens, so I recommend double-checking compatibility before buying, but once it’s in, it stays put and does its job well.

Compared to other trays I’ve tried, this one offers a noticeably better air flow and sturdiness. It’s a dedicated accessory that really enhances the air frying experience in your LG oven, making it feel more like a countertop fryer without the extra clutter.

The moment I slid this upgraded LRAL302S air fryer tray into my LG oven, I immediately noticed how solid and hefty it felt in my hand. It’s made of a thick, durable 304 stainless steel that doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap—like some other trays I’ve used that flex or warp after a few uses.

The size is just right, fitting perfectly in my oven and giving plenty of room for air to circulate. I especially appreciate the open design, which allows heat to flow evenly around my chicken wings or roasted veggies.

It’s clear that airflow has been optimized, as everything comes out crispy and evenly cooked.

Handling the tray for the first time, I was impressed by how easy it was to clean. A quick soak in hot soapy water and a gentle wipe was enough to remove most stains.

The high heat resistance means I don’t have to worry about warping or bending, even after roasting at high temperatures.

This tray really feels like a game-changer for my oven. It’s multifunctional—great for baking, roasting, or air frying.

Plus, it’s compatible with a wide range of LG models, so chances are good it’ll fit your oven just as well.

If I had to find a downside, it’s the price—at $55.99, it’s definitely an investment. But considering the quality and durability, it’s worth it if you want something that lasts.
